Freezing an account Your mani account
Allows any user to freeze their payment account at any time through a short and simple action.
It’s important to know that freezing an account ceases all activities in the application and also all activities on the card.
How do you freeze an account?
- Enter the phone number with which you registered for the application.
- Type in the PIN code that you use in the application.
- Type in the reason for freezing the account.
- Confirm that you want to freeze the account.
The account will remain blocked until the user calls to request that the activity be restored. Call the WhatsApp service center or *4578
